Our 3rd Saturday Sampler that runs from January to June will feature
traditional pieced blocks from the Civil War and the Underground
Railroad. You'll learn the stories behind the blocks and about
fabric dating and history too! We will have antique sewing
machines and demonstrations showing how they were used to piece and
quilt fabric! Our Machine Embroidery club has been growing in popularity too! We
meet the 3rd Saturday at our Easy Street class facility. Darlene
Nelson of Creative Threads leads the meetings and always comes up with
great projects and is a wealth of information when it comes to machine
embroidery. This class is free to those who purchased
machines at Singing Dog.
